Using laboratory-grade equipment, we measure the types and concentrations of airborne mold spores within the target area. For accurate comparison, we also collect at least one outdoor sample. Wall cavity sampling available upon request. Sample Air Report
Using laboratory-grade tools, we collect samples from various surfaces to confirm mold growth, assess spore activity, and identify mold types present on the area of concern. Both qualitative and quantitative analyses are available. Sample Surface Report
The Environmental Relative Moldiness Index (ERMI) test uses a dust sample, collected using a DustCheck or Swiffer method. The lab analyzes the sample with quantitative PCR to detect and quantify 36 specific mold species, generating a score based on water damage-related molds vs. common indoor molds. Sample ERMI Report
The Environmental Mold and Mycotoxin Assessment, or EMMA, is a highly sensitive test developed by RealTime Laboratories. The EMMA sample detects the presence of 12 toxigenic molds and 16 mycotoxins. Sample EMMA Report
